Beyonce was inspired by author Rebecca Solnit for the naming of her daughter.  The book Field Guide to Getting Lost gives an in depth look into the meaning of the color Blue.  Well there you have it.  It doesn’t stand for anything else.  It’s actually really beautiful.  Beyonce is a real artist!
