Just when you thought that the entire charade was over from the infamous bottle throwing fight between Drake and Chris Brown, they get served with papers from the night club. The night club owner says somebody gotta pay for these damages. lol
Yesterday (Aug. 15th), the company that owns the trademark for Greenhouse, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., sued both Brown and Drake. The lawsuit claims that neither of the artists did anything to stop the fight that broke out, even if they weren’t directly involved. The suit also suggests that the fight slandered the nightclub’s name. Entertainment Enterprises feels that the two of them encouraged, instigated or at least failed to control their entourages to prevent things from escalating as far as they did during the June 14 incident. Lawyer Andrew T. Miltenberg said,
“It’s their posse, and they’re in charge, and to the extent that they could have controlled or dissipated whatever was going on, we don’t believe they did.”
The lawsuit also claims that from the publicity of the fight they lost a $4 million deal to license Greenhouse’s name to other clubs across the company.

The Manhattan club itself isn’t involved in the lawsuit and the owners have declined to issue a comment. Neither Drake nor Chris Brown’s camps had immediate responses to the lawsuit.
