Unless you’re living under a rock then i’m sure you know that Beyoncé & Jay-Z top Forbes 2012 World’s Highest-Paid Celebrity Couples. They are followed by Tom Brady and his super model wife Giselle who pulled in $72 million.
Beyonce reportedly made more than her husband, making $40 million to his $38 million. That’s an impressive number, considering the singer took off most of the year to give birth to the pair’s first child, Blue Ivy Carter. Meaning, she’s still getting paper through royalties and endorsements, and her last album went platinum in the United States. That’s why she splurging on private jets.
Jay, meanwhile, cashed in on his Watch the Throne album and tour, and he’s also profited heavily from numerous business ventures, among them the ad agency Translation.
