FAMILY FRIEND RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENT OF TAMEKA RAYMOND’S SON!!!!!

This story just keeps getting worse and worse. Police are currently investigating the jet ski accident that left Usher’s 11 year old stepson, Kyle Glover, brain dead. Glover and an unidentified 15 year old were both struck by a jet ski while they were inner tubing in an Atlanta lake. Now details are emerging that the man “behind the wheel” of the jet ski, was none other than Jeffrey S. Hubbard, a personal family friend of the Raymonds. Wow.

Sources say that charges will be filed against Hubbard, although the specific charges haven’t been named yet.

A representative from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources told E! News:

“The entire incident in question is under investigation, which includes Mr. Hubbard. We are not currently speculating on what charges might be filed.”

The incident report names Hubbard as the watercraft operator and also confirms that alcohol not was involved. According to the report:

“On 07/06/12, at approximately 1525 hours, a personal watercraft being operated by Jeffrey S. Hubbard ran over 2 juveniles being towed on an inner tube by a pontoon boat. Both children were life-flighted to Egleston Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, one with a serious head injury. This incident occurred in the mouth of Big Creek, Lake Lanier, Hall County.”
