Fox is bringing back in living color. And no there not bringing Cross Colors the clothing line back, don’t get scared. In living color was one of my favorite shows when I grew up. I talked like Jim Carey’s character fire marshall bill. In fact I was the only mexican that wore Cross Colors, LOL. I loved characters like Homie the Clown, which got me in trouble in school for telling the teacher, homie don’t play that, in response to bringing home work back from home. Just an incredibly funny show. The show had future top celebs like Jamie Foxx, Jim Carrey, Jennifer Lopez, David Alan Grier, The Wayans Family, Emmy-nominated Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba, Rosie Perez, Kim COles, Tommy Davidson, T’Keyah Crystal Keymáh, Fly Girl Deidre Lang etc etc. Huge hip hop acts like, Heavy D & the Boyz, Queen Latifah, which happened to be their first performer, Public Enemy, Kris Kross, En Vogue, Eazy-E, Monie Love, Onyx, 3rd Bass, Heavy D, MC Lyte,Arrested Development, Jodeci, Mary J. Blige, Tupac Shakur, Leaders of the New School and many more. One of my favorite parts of the show was the ending when you get to see Jim Carrey or David Alan Grier dance, too funny. Thinking about the show brings back a lot of feel good memories. Being poor when your young really doesn’t matter when your cracking up with laughter. You had special guests on all the time like, Nick Bakay, Barry Bonds, James Brown, Rodney Dangerfield, Sherman Hemsley, Biz Markie, Peter Marshall, Ed O’Neill, Chris Rock and too many more to count. Such a great show, thanks for the laughs guys. We cant wait to see it. Maybe we’ll have a reunion with all the Wayans, Jim carrey all the olkd crew and maybe get a couple of judges like JLO or Carrie Ann Inaba doing a little Hip Hop routine. Now that would get ratings. Look for the show to come out sometime in 2012.
