Yesterday ‘s episode of Vh1′s Love & Hip Hop Chrissy finally gets the proposal she’s been waiting 7 years for. After being down for her man Jim Jones, reality star Chrissy Lampkin gets a beautiful diamond ring.
If you missed the episode..Chrissy spoke to Jim about her feelings and how things just aren’t right between them and she doesn’t see it getting any better so she wants to take a break from it all. Jim is acting confused knowing he knows exactly what she’s complaining about. So Chrissy decides she wants to take a girls trip to Miami and so Olivia, Emily B, Teairra Mari, and Chrissy head out to the M-I-A. First scene they enter Prime 112 restaurant and Chrissy is explaining her pain and begins to cry and Jim shows up out of nowhere and grabs Chrissy by the arm and says “Can I speak to you?” Everyone is in utter shock. What is Jim doing in Miami? lol.. I have to say it seems like it takes a woman to leave for a man to come to his senses. He sits her down and she’s like “what are you doing here?” He doesn’t really say much leaving her to ask him the question again. He tells her to be quiet as he reaches in his back pocket and pulls out a ring case and he looks her in her eyes and says “Will you marry me?” Now I have to admit I had a few tears roll down my face because I was super excited by it. I know that’s what she’s been wanting and to see her eyes well up with tears made the this episode so wonderful. Of Course Chrissy says yes! Congrats! Now i’m just waiting for the actual wedding date to be set. Whoohoo Chrissy! Here is the proposal if you missed it.

I couldn’t wait for this week’s episode. The season flew by so fast and a lot of drama. I knew Jim was ging to purpose to Chrissy. I didn’t want to miss it even if I was working late at DISH. Luckily I was able to stream the show on my break right to my iPhone. I was right about Jim! That is cute though, Chrissy got what she wanted. Maybe now she will chill out a bit. Her ring was beautiful.
