Last night Vince Carter of the Dallas Mavericks partied at the Ghost Bar Dallas with Houston Texan NFL player Wade Smith. Vince C. entered Ghost Bar very low key style while Wade Smith came in suited up having come from his VIP Wade Smith Foundation dinner. DivaWhispers was there to cover both events.
The Wade Smith Foundation (WSF) was established in 2012 to provide community support for the youth. Their mission is to facilitate the growth of today’s youth by providing them with the necessary tools to improve their overall development as young adults. So Wade chose this weekend to give back and it is filled with tons of activities and parties. Today (the 27th) he is hosting the Stars & Strikes Charity Bowling Tournament and then on Saturday he’s hosting the Youth Football Clinic where kids of all ages join a football camp taught by NFL players.
Wade hosted a VIP dinner for his sponsors last night at the elite supper club Winston’s where they served the guests some of Wade’s favorite dishes and specialty cocktails. We all celebrated his birthday as well. Wade gave a heartfelt speech and closed out the night.
